We are a well-established property management company overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties in the SeaTac area. Our team is growing, and were looking for a reliable, hands-on Building Engineer to join us in maintaining high standards across our properties.

Position Overview:

The Building Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day operations, maintenance, and general upkeep of building systems. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Troubleshoot and resolve building system issues
Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
Respond to service requests in a timely manner
Maintain compliance with safety and building codes

Qualifications:

35 years of relevant experience in building operations or facilities maintenance
Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be based in or near SeaTac, WA
