Lead Mechanical Engineer Client-Facing Role (WA State Only)
Location: Bellevue, WA
Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM4:00 PM
Compensation: $120,000 $150,000/year (DOE) + Car Allowance
Required Residency: Washington State residents only

What You'll Do
Lead and manage multi-year service contracts across King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties
Be the go-to technical expert and point of contact for new and existing clients
Oversee technician scheduling, billing accuracy, and client satisfaction
Perform on-site inspections, troubleshoot field issues, and guide project execution
Collaborate closely with dispatch and engineering teams to ensure deliverable quality
Attend industry events and represent the company in business development efforts
Write proposals, prepare specifications, and support design-build and MCCM projects
What You Need to Bring
Active Washington State PE license (Mechanical)
7+ years of experience in mechanical design or field service (HVAC/plumbing focus)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam
Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Physically able to conduct site visits, including ladder climbing
Reliable transportation must cover King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties (car allowance provided)
