Our client is a prominent construction company with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

They are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Controller or CFO, and familiarity with Vista Viewpoint software.

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of our company. You will provide strategic financial leadership, manage financial operations, and contribute to the overall success and growth of our organization.

This position is required to be on-site... no remote or hybrid work available

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Controller or CFO in the heavy civil construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience with Vista Viewpoint software, Excel MACROS and Pivot Tables.
• Strong financial analysis and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
