Responsibilities:

- Estimate piping projects with precision and accuracy

- Analyze HVAC and piping systems like a pro

- Work closely with the construction team to ensure quality and efficiency

- Develop thorough proposals and scope of work documents

- Use your technical knowledge to knock the competition out of the water

Essential job functions:

- Minimum of 5 years in Construction Estimating or related field

- Prior knowledge of Quote soft preferred

- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and construction methods

- Excellent communication skills

Skills:

- Basic knowledge of construction accounting

- Strong ability with Microsoft Word and Excel

- Self-motivated team player with excellent time management skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
