• Monday Saturday , starting at 5:30 AM

• Shifts are typically 810 hours/day

• Overtime available based on demand

If youre an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator in Klamath Falls , and you're looking for steady, full-time work with great pay and benefits this is your chance . Rogue Waste Systems is hiring operators to run dozers, compactors, excavators, dump trucks, and more at our local transfer station.

Youll work outdoors, stay active, and be part of a trusted company that values safety, reliability, and community.

What Youll Do Daily:

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment (dozer, compactor, excavator, water truck, etc.)

• Help sort, screen, and manage waste and recyclable materials

• Spot inbound trucks and guide traffic safely

• Perform yard maintenance and debris clean-up

• Support transfer station operations as needs change

• Use a smartphone or tablet to record daily activity

What Were Looking For:

• Valid Drivers License required

• Class B CDL (or willing to get one within 6 months we can help)

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Able to lift up to 65 lbs and perform physical labor

• Reliable, safety-focused, and a team player

• Willing to complete DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
