Position Summary Construction Manager for 6 - 12 Month Contract Position in Martinsburg, WV Responsibilities Provide Construction Management of all construction activities. Have good working knowledge of all disciplines of construction including structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical. Ensure construction activities are performed safely and meet the criteria of the P&G CBA's. Ensure construction activities are completed with a high standard of quality. Ensure construction activities are completed on schedule. Ensure maintenance of P&G GMP requirements. Hold Pull Plan meetings with contractors to ensure proper coordination and access is coordinated between the affected construction disciplines. Work with P&G operations and management to coordinate construction activities to ensure minimal impact to plant operations. Review engineering designs to ensure constructability. Develop SOW's for engineering designs for P&G to issue for bid. Maintain good communications with P&G and construction contractors. Qualifications Good working knowledge of all disciplines. Experience with SOW. Previous construction management experience.
