Maintenance Electrician
Pay: $31.09 $40.00 per hour
Location: Tacoma, WA | In-person | Full-time
Position Summary:
Concrete Technology Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems across our manufacturing facility. This includes support for electrical distribution, production equipment, cranes, our concrete batch plant, and curing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair electrical and control systems for equipment and facilities
Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose electrical issues
Install and upgrade electrical components
Calibrate equipment to meet specifications
Maintain accurate records of repairs and services
Track and restock electrical supplies and spare parts
Support other maintenance tasks as needed
Respond to emergency/unscheduled repairs
Ensure compliance with WISHA/OSHA, NEC, and company safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Other duties as assigned by Lead or Foreman
Work Environment & Schedule:
Indoor and outdoor work across production areas, including elevated zones
All-weather work required; must follow all safety regulations
Must be clean-shaven and able to wear a respirator when required
Schedule may vary weekly and can include:
Mandatory overtime
Up to 2 Saturdays/month (per union agreement)
Occasional Sunday work
Shift and task changes based on business needs
Required Qualifications:
Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
Already residing in or planning to relocate to Washington State
Willing to undergo drug testing under DFWA guidelines
