Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) required. Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in Agile/Scrum environments. Proven experience managing large enterprise software implementations is required.. Experience building teams, defining effective organization structures, and organizing work to complete a scope of work is required. Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent project tracking tools. Large consulting firm experience is preferred. Experience managing external vendors, including performance tracking and issue resolution. Experience with compliance and regulatory standards such as NIST and FedRAMP Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and drive alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: SAFe certification or PMP. Experience working in government, public sector, or regulated environments.
