Are you a strategic thinker with deep Oracle ERP knowledge and a passion for business transformation? We're seeking an experienced IT Business Architect to lead large-scale digital initiatives and shape the future of operations in a dynamic manufacturing and enterprise environment.

Position Summary:

As an IT Business Architect, you'll collaborate with the Global IT Director and senior business stakeholders to design and implement enterprise-wide improvements. You'll define our target operating model and help align technology with long-term strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute Oracle e-Business Suite transformations across business functions

Develop scalable operating models that integrate business process and IT systems

Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, guiding enterprise architecture initiatives

Manage cross-functional ERP implementations with a focus on quality, scope, and timeline

Oversee process improvements in manufacturing, finance, HR, and supply chain

Support Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.)

Translate business needs into actionable system and process enhancements

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure systems align with enterprise vision

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering

10+ years' experience in IT with Oracle ERP/Financials/Manufacturing systems

5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM

Strong knowledge of end-to-end business process flows: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, etc.

Proven ability to manage large, complex projects from planning to delivery

Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
