JOB DESCRIPTION
This is the perfect Welder job!

Welder role with a great starting pay of $18-$19/hr.
1st shift hours with a 5:00AM start with lots of OT!
Welder Job Description:
Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures.
Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.
Set up components for welding according to specifications.
Operate grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded.
Align components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces.
Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions.
Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps.
Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws.
Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.
May be temporarily assigned to other areas as workload demands.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions.
Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps.
Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws.
Previous experience in a manufacturing / production environment is required.
Good hand-eye coordination
Proven ability to work SAFELY adhering to all safety processes and policies.
Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs. throughout shift.
Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus.
Ability to work either individually or in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Must have steel toe shoes.
