Then continue reading:We arelooking for a Rental Fence Installation Foreman that not only wantsto have a job but to have a long term career. Pay is $26.00-$33.00per hour depending on experience. This position is responsible formanaging installation, removal and repairing of rental fencepanels. Successful candidates will have demonstrated reliability,leadership, and customer service.Overview of duties:--- Prepare thesite area for installation of the fence.--- Locate, understandmarkings, and follow requirements for underground utility safetyprior to pounding posts into ground.--- Align posts, using lines orby sighting, and verify vertical alignment of posts.--- Pound postsinto ground, asphalt or concrete using jack hammer, core drilland/or a gas/air pounder.--- Attach fence rail supports to posts,using hammers and pliers.--- Install privacy panels as required perspecifications.--- Install rental fence panels on posts or standsper customer request and stabilize with sandbags or weights asneeded.--- Field repair temporary fence panels for qualityassurance.--- Repair broken post braces as needed.--- Carry panelsand materials to site for installation.--- Work with customers forinformation and questions regarding site specifications.--- Ensurethe specifications for the site have been met by the crew and/orsubcontractors.--- Remove rental fence panels from site and safelyload on the truck for transportation back to branch.--- Inspect allpanels for damage, tag damaged panels and determine if the damagesneed to be charged back to the customer.--- Collects customersignatures to finalize work orders and damage panel receipts.---Operate forklift and attachments for loading and unloading oftrucks and moving materials on company property or at job sites.---Drive company truck to customer sites and back to branch followingDOT regulations.--- Completes administrative tasks such ascollection of signatures for all work performed, employee timesheets, and other paperwork.--- Inspect and complete safetychecklist for all equipment, power tools, and machinery prior toeach use.--- Follow company and government safety/health rules andregulations.Skills required:--- Attention to detail--- Mastery withair/hand/power tools--- Must be able to lift up to 100lbs.Experience Required:--- 1 year heavy construction required--- 1plus years of experience in driving large commercial vehicles(non-CDL)--- 1 plus years of experience in supervising--- Priorfencing experience preferredMust have a valid driver's license andclean driving record (no DUI/DWI).
