Master Electrician** **Location:** Remote (WA-based preferred) - Travel up to 20% as needed **Job Type:** **Full-Time or Contract** **Salary:** $75,000 - $100,000 base (negotiable DOE) + full benefits (if full-time) **About the Opportunity:** We're hiring a **Washington State-licensed Master Electrician** with a **(06) Limited Energy Systems endorsement** to support our expanding portfolio of **access control system installations** in **multi-family dwellings (MDUs)** across Washington. These systems enable secure Amazon deliveries and smart resident access. This is a **leadership and compliance role** you'll serve as the **Qualifying Agent** , pulling permits, overseeing inspections, and ensuring code compliance. **No hands-on installation required.** **What You'll Do:** + Act as **Qualifying Electrician on record** for low-voltage MDU projects + Pull permits, interface with inspectors, and ensure regulatory compliance + Provide documentation, design input, and oversight + Support internal project teams and subcontractors as needed + Travel to job sites (~20%) for inspections or consultations **What You Bring:** + Active **Washington State Master Electrician** license + **(06) Limited Energy Systems endorsement** + Knowledge of access control systems and MDU infrastructure + Experience with platforms like **Kamtech, LiftMaster, Amazon Key, ButterflyMX, Gatemotor** , etc. + WA-based preferred; multi-state licensure is a plus + Strong communication and leadership mindset **Why Join Us:** + **$75,000-$100,000+ base salary** (DOE and negotiable) + **Full benefits** (if full-time): medical, dental, vision, PTO + Be part of a team completing **1,000+ smart access MDU installations annually** + Long-term opportunity in a fast-growing, tech-driven space
