Repair Operator - DIRECT HIRE 30/hr

Repair Operator | $30+HR | Direct Hire MUST BE OPEN TO ALL SHIFTS AND OVERTIME! Responsibilities - Operate mill gun to sand and deburr metal parts - Grinding titanium with hand and power tools - Sand and grind edges of aerospace blades and wheels - Perform visual inspections of aerospace parts - Operating with hand and power tools - Utilizing hand cranes to move parts into work area MUST HAVES: Must have experience within a heavy manufacturing environment Must have experience operating Heavy Industrial Machinery Must have 2+ years of Heavy Industrial Machine Operating experience Must have the ability to read blueprints, and drawings High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $65000.00/yr. Supplementary pay plan - in addition to salary OT is paid in blocks of 2 hours ($125), 4 hours ($250), 8 hours ($500) Will be paid $250/month for working 3rd (shift differential) Medical starts day one 401k competitive = matches 100% of earnings up to 6% add another 3% - total 9% match Vest from day 1 Tuition assistance Will send these employees to different schooling programs supervisors have great tenure - haven't hired one in a long time!! Stable/tenured group - a lot of knowledge in this plant Medical facility/ doctor on site that employees have access to Cafe on site with hot meals (cooked on site), snacks and vending machines Company typically puts anywhere from $10-20 million/ year into the facility for upgrades and new equipment, starting to upgrade to automation Company provides uniforms Yearly boot allowance Great team environment Very stable company - this is the flagship of their business, alot of growth opportunity Safety is number one priority Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Cleveland,OH.
