JOB REQUIREMENTS: GENERAL DESCRIPTION Under oversight Senior Engineer ormanagement, the Engineer is responsible for the design of precaststructures and overseeing all aspects of projects to ensure successfuland safe outcomes. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS ANDRESPONSIBILITIES Ensures safe structures, safe working conditions,quality products, quality service, and satisfied customers by workingwith all departments within the Company. InterpretArchitectural/Structural plans and performs required calculations toensure structural integrity. Oversees a project design team and isaccountable for project milestones and the successful deliverable tointernal and external customers. Identifies potential issues withproject schedules and quality and responds with proposed solutions withinternal teams. Seek advice from senior and peer engineers to aide inunfamiliar designs and responsibilities to find the best solutions.Collaborate with internal departments to find optimal solutions.Coordinates with Contractors/Engineers/Architects/Owners as requiredProvide sales staff with engineering support for prospect jobs.
