With a deep portfolio that includes roadwork, bridges, site development, and underground utilities, this firm is known for its technical expertise, collaborative culture, and strong repeat client base. As their project demand grows, they're looking to add an experienced Civil Estimator who can contribute to the continued success of their preconstruction team. What You'll Be Doing Preparing detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects including roadways, bridges, utility installations, and site development. Conducting quantity takeoffs, analyzing subcontractor and supplier bids, and developing competitive pricing strategies. Working with project managers and field teams to align budgets with construction methods and timelines. Participating in bid reviews, site walks, and scope clarifications. Staying current on local market conditions, vendor pricing, and labor costs to ensure accuracy and competitiveness. What We're Looking For 3+ years of civil estimating experience-DOT, municipal, or large-scale site development projects preferred. Solid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and field practices. Experience with estimating software such as HCSS, HeavyBid, or similar.
