Participate in construction administration activities including site visits, submittal reviews, and RFI responses. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution. 7+ years of HVAC systems design experience, ideally within an MEP consulting environment. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred (not required). Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required; familiarity with energy modeling tools (e.g., Trace 700, HAP) is a plus. Strong project management, coordination, and communication skills. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
