Concrete Project Manager - Post Tension Construction, Multi-Floor Location: West Palm Beach, FL Salary: $140,000 + Bens A leading and highly respected concrete subcontractor in West Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This full-service concrete subcontracting firm is renowned for delivering exceptional quality and service, making it one of the most highly regarded names in the marketplace. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing all aspects of the construction process for commercial concrete projects, ranging from up to $70m-$80m. Your responsibilities will include managing contracts, controlling costs, coordinating schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards. You will also be expected to build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust throughout the entire project lifecycle. Prior experience with concrete projects will be highly beneficial in this role, as you will be working on large-scale, complex projects. As a Project Manager you should have: 5+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry, experienced with multi-floor projects and preferably within a GC or concrete subcontractor. Prior experience with concrete projects and post tension construction is highly preferred. Strong skills in reading and interpreting construction drawings, negotiating and awarding subcontracts, forecasting and managing project finances, and navigating the local subcontractor and vendor market. A B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related. Excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
