Civil Project Manager - Land Development Location: Kirkland, WA Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $125,000 - $160,000 annually (commensurate with experience) A respected civil engineering firm in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Civil Project Manager to join its Land Development team. This is an opportunity to lead meaningful projects in a collaborative, people-focused environment. Responsibilities: Manage land development projects from initial planning through construction. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, scopes of work, and budgets. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Mentor junior engineers and technical staff. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington (Oregon a plus). 10+ years of civil engineering experience, including 3+ years in project management. Proven ability to manage projects and teams independently. Strong communication and client relationship skills.
