Welder Fabricator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position

$18.00 to $24.00 /hour

Full Time work available

Weekend work required

First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 07:00pm)

Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to determine project specifications.

Metal Fabrication: Cut, shape, and assemble metal parts using tools like plasma cutters, saws, grinders, and welding equipment.

Welding Techniques: Employ various welding methods, including MIG, TIG, stick, and oxy-acetylene welding, to join metal components.

Quality Control: Inspect completed welds for adherence to specifications and industry standards, ensuring structural integrity.

Equipment Maintenance: Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools, performing basic repairs as needed.

Welder Fabricator Qualifications:

Completion of a welding program or apprenticeship preferred.

Proven experience in welding and metal fabrication, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

Proficiency in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.

Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality.
