JOB REQUIREMENTS: Pro-Active Engineering, located in Sun Prairie, WI,
provides quality electronic design and manufacturing solutions for
industrial, medical, commercial, and military applications. We foster a

have an immediate opening for individuals with familiarity with Surface
Mount (SMT) machines. We have opportunities for both 1st and 2nd shift.
Top pay for qualified candidates. Essential Functions Read and follow
production documents to fully understand the project at hand. Prep
boards, mask, glue, and program screen-printer. Load feeders and
magazines to ensure machine optimization. Verify component and
manufacturing part number accuracy against B.O.M. Evaluate components
for conformance and sufficient quantity. Prep Thru-Hole components as
needed. Coordinate with SMT Lead to meet schedule requirements.
Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent (GED). Associate degree
in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field preferred. Mydata,
Mycronic, and ASM software experience preferred. Knowledge of electronic
components and equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing
