IT Infrastructure Engineer

JOB REQUIREMENTS: TIDI Products is looking for an IT Infrastructure

Engineer to join our IT Team!! Responsible for designing, implementing,

and managing IT infrastructure solutions to support enterprise-wide

operations. The IT Infrastructure Engineer will ensure the reliability,

security, and performance of on-premises and cloud-based environments,

providing technical expertise in Windows Server, virtualization,

networking, storage, and backup solutions. This position will work

remotely, but must reside within 2 hours of our Neenah, WI facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Design, implement, and

maintain IT infrastructure, including Windows Server, VMware ESXi, Cisco

Routing & Switching, SD-WAN, VXLAN, IBM Power Systems, storage, and

virtualization. \* Manage and optimize network connectivity across

global enterprise locations, ensuring high availability and performance.

\* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex infrastructure issues,

proactively preventing system disruptions. \* Implement and maintain

backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam Backup and

Replication, Flash Copy) to ensure data integrity and business

continuity. \* Monitor system performance and security using tools such

as SolarWinds, ensuring compliance with IT security policies. \* Support

Microsoft 365 and SaaS applications, maintaining efficient collaboration

tools for enterprise users. \* Administer Active Directory, Entra ID,

Group Policies, and authentication services to manage user access

securely. \* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement

infrastructure enhancements and new technologies. \* Document

configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure operational

consistency and knowledge sharing. \* Participate in on-call rotations

to provide after-hours support for critical infrastructure operations.
