Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM \*\*\*Friday Overtime based

quality finished product. Components may be standardized or customized
as to design and function. Read and interpret blueprints, technical
drawings, and work instructions to meet project specifications. Inspect,
measure, and test completed welds to ensure they meet quality and safety
standards. Maintain welding equipment and ensure it is in excellent
working condition. Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet
deadlines and maintain efficiency. Follow all safety guidelines and
regulations to ensure a safe work environment. What We\'re Looking For:
Experience: 2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or
industrial setting (preferred). Education/Certifications: High School
diploma or equivalent, welding certification or working towards
apprenticeship or certification is a plus. Skills: Understanding of
welding fundamentals, basic knowledge of Mig Welding Equipment, ability
to read and interpret blueprints. Physical Ability: Able to lift up to
50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in varying conditions.
Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy in every weld. Team Player:
Strong communication and collaboration skills. Assessment & Weld Test:
