JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description. Duties and Responsibilties of Job: UnitedStates - WI - Green Bay POSITION SUMMARY The Hydrate Operator Controlsthe hydrate process through standard operating procedures utilizinginstrument readings, laboratory test results and physical observationsto safely produce a quality product. Duties are usually performed duringrotating shifts, 12 hours per day, and 5 days per week. DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES : Operate computer-controlled systems for hydrateoperation with a full understanding of the process, equipment, andassociated controls & instrumentation \* Perform product sampling andlaboratory testing to maintain quality control \* Maintain shift recordsof operational, environmental, and safety data \* Primary goals ofHydrate Operator: \* Strict adherence to all safety & environmentalrules \* Proper operation & maintenance of equipment \* Stable processoperation with consistent product quality \* Perform routine equipmentinspection, lubrication, & minor maintenance \* Perform routine clean-upand ensure all equipment are free of materials prior to shutting down \*Assist maintenance personnel as required \* Tolerate intermittentexposure to temperature extremes, dust, noise, and vibration \* Work inadverse outdoor weather conditions \* Assist in loading trucks and railcars as required QUALIFICATIONS : \* High school diploma and 2 years ofindustrial experience preferred \* The ability to communicate fluentlyto convey, exchange, and understand questions, ideas and instructions inboth verbal and written form \* Possess good math skills including fourbasic arithmetic functions and common units of measurement \* Possesscomputer skills sufficient to work with JDE, Winlims, Microsoft Excel,Word, and Access, and the ability to learn and understand PLC\'s(programmable logic controllers) \* Able to access and work in ALL areasof plant which include heights up to 125\' above ground level, andconfined spaces \* Lifting, carrying, pushing or moving of 50 poundsminimum \* Ability to detect safety hazards and equipment malfunctions,and respond accordingly \* Ability to learn about lubrication andservice requirements of machinery \* Ability to safely operate front-endloader, skid-steer loader, track mobile and forklift preferred \*Ability and willingness to be cross-trained in other job functions\*\*\*\*\* APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online:
