Carpenter Hourly Range: \$39.66 Closing Date - May 22, 2025, or upon

receiving 50 applications. Job Summary: Responsible for designing,

building, installing, and repairing structures, fixtures, furniture, and

other items using different types of materials including wood and steel

to protect and enhance departmental assets. Job Responsibilities:

Perform carpentry and related activities - Perform inspections of

Departmental assets for building code compliance and maintenance needs.

Perform routine and emergency repairs of buildings and structures

including but not limited to; doors, windows, roofs, walls, floors,

ceilings, siding, bridges, fences and wooden/timber structures. New

Construction - Design and build new construction projects includng but

not limited to; show props, furniture, cabinets, signs, bridges,

buildings Locksmith - Install, remodel, repair and maintain lock

mechanisms, door openers, closures and hardware. Administrative -

Utilize computer-based work order system for job asks, initiate work

requests to other trades or divisions, and document work/inspections.
