responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery of gas and electric services to residential and commercial/industrial customers.
- Act as the main liaison between customers, Company, and external stakeholders.
- Gather customer scope details and oversee projects from design through scheduling and field construction.
- Estimate system and customer loads and provide project status updates.
- Create tasks for internal departments, provide cost estimates, and identify permitting needs.
- Use CAD, SAP, and other software to develop work orders aligned with internal standards.
- Evaluate distribution system impact and direct technical preparation of work orders.
- Organize and prioritize project milestones to meet customer due dates.
- Analyze complex problems and recommend effective solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and clear, professional communication.
- Multi-task efficiently while staying organized under shifting priorities.
- Understand the interdependency of systems and procedures.
- Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and the ability to work independently.
- Apply strong computer and analytical skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, CAD, SAP).
- Completed High School (Diploma or GED).
- 2-year associate degree in a scientific or technical field (minimum 48 technical credit hours), or completion of 60 college credit hours toward a Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
