This position will provide support to the Contract Sales Team leader , to assist in managing the daily work flow.
Team HR Functions:
- Administer employee reviews which includes performance evaluations, goal setting, and mid year check ins.
- Responsible for approving timecards and PTO for all employees.
- Select appropriate training for project coordinators.
- Partner with Team Leader to establish and meet team goals.
- Direct Management for all Support roles.
- Manage the accuracy of Support Staff data entry concerning the execution of contract jobs.
- Partner with Sales on the decision-making process of projects the team does and does not take on, profit strategy, and project buy out.
- Maintain own volume of Project Coordination work which includes:
- Project Equipment Tracking
- Arranging Logistics
- Warehouse Pick Tickets
- Managing Start Ups and Demonstrations
- Job Close out Manuals
- Service Calls
- Review Quotes before sending into purchasing for accuracy.
- Partner with Project Management to oversee change orders and expenses to jobs.
- Oversee all submittals making sure everything is released in a timely manner.
- Grow into being able to review submittals for accuracy.
- Perform analysis after jobs are complete to ensure employee, process, and customer satisfaction, as well as overall profitability of the job.
- Be the Team Super User for Quickbase platform.
- Handle all billings for the team and assist with Prelude reconciliations.
- Partner with Corporate Shared Services to ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed.
- At least 5 years industry-related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Work Location: Paterson, NJ / Hybrid - commutable to Paterson, NJ preferred
Compensation: $60-75K
