Job Title: General Laborer Caulking Company

Location: San Antonio

Pay Rate: $16- $17 (based on experience)

Schedule: 7am to 3:30pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking hardworking and reliable General Laborers to join our caulking crew. This role involves assisting experienced caulkers with job site preparation, clean-up, and support throughout the sealing process on commercial and residential construction projects. No prior caulking experience is requiredjust a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a team-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist caulking technicians with material handling and setup

Prepare work surfaces by cleaning, taping, or masking as needed

Load and unload tools, sealants, and equipment

Maintain cleanliness and safety on the job site

Help apply or smooth sealant under supervision (as trained)

Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE

Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day

Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions

Dependable and punctual

Ability to take direction and work as part of a team

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Preferred (but not required):

Prior experience in construction, painting, or waterproofing

Familiarity with hand and power tools

OSHA 10 or 30 Certification
