Job Description


We have an immediate opportunity for an Associate Project Manager for the South San Francisco area. This position requires construction industry experience. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ability to create and execute project plan and make changes as needed
  • Experience managing cost, schedule and changes when required and managing all documents as they pertain to the project
  • Ability to communicate and manage risk management
  • Ability to realize necessary changes required to meet the demands of the crew and client
  • Track and manage all job costs as they relate to the project utilizing Excel
  • Responsible for client relationships to include unpaid invoices when required
  • Excellent communication skills which include building relationships with clients and their team for the purpose of future business and changes required for the project
  • Will be responsible for day-to-day client interaction
  • Ability to prioritize daily work activities
  • Accurate data entry skills
Experience and Education
  • Degree in Engineering or Construction Management desired and 1-2 years of experience with a commercial and/or Industrial general contractor or 2 plus years of utility (power) construction experience with no degree
  • Computer skill proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, MS Office to include Excel, Word, and Outlook as well as Monday.com, Primavera, and Timberline
  • Basic understanding and proficiency with working with spreadsheets
  • Ability to understand revenue models, profit and loss, and cost to construction projections
  • Attention to detail driven, organized, results driven, and outside the box critical thinker
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Excellent benefits upon hire. Upon a conditional job offer, a drug test and background check will be required. Compensation based on experience. $85,000-$100,000 (Associate Project Manager, Utilities, Electrical, Construction, Schedules, Excel, Project Tracking)
