Carpenter

Manpower in Charleston, WV is seeking a carpenter for a client in the Charleston/Teays Valley area.

Job Description:
As a carpenter you'll be responsible for performing a wide range of carpentry tasks, including:

• Constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard

• Interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications

• Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials accurately

• Ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard

• Collaborating effectively with team members, contractors, and clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a carpenter or similar role

• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools

• Ability to read technical documents and drawings

• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship

• Good physical condition and stamina

• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license (if required)

• Relevant certification or apprenticeship preferred but not essential
