General Laborer & Mobile Equipment Operator

Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a General Laborer & Mobile Equipment Operator to join their team. As a General Laborer & Mobile Equipment Operator, you will be part of a dynamic workforce supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, a commitment to safety, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Laborer & Mobile Equipment Operator

Location: Gwinn, Michigan

Pay Range: $17.00 per Hour

Shift: Night Shift, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Saturday. 9pm to 9am.

What's the Job?

• Adhere to safety rules and assist in identifying safe work practices.
• Understand, record, and react to environmental issues within the plant.
• Operate machinery used in the production process and assist with operational needs.
• Handle raw material and finished products, loading and unloading delivery trucks manually or with equipment.
• Maintain and inspect mobile and process equipment while ensuring a clean and safe working area.

What's Needed?

• Availability for night shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday from 9 PM to 9 AM.
• Experience with operation and maintenance of mobile equipment.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals safely.
• No formal degree required; relevant experience is a plus.
