I have two small rental properties located in Northeast Philadelphia, near Cottman and Torresdale Avenue. Im looking for a reliable and experienced handyman to handle general maintenance and repair work as needed.

This is a project-based position, and the work must be done professionally, cleanly, and correctly the first time. A retired or semi-retired general contractor would be ideal for this role.

Typical tasks may include:
Woodwork and minor carpentry
Tile repairs and installations
Light plumbing
Sheetrock and patching
General property maintenance and cleaning
Minor electrical work
Boiler cleaning and heating unit maintenance
