Carpenter/Handyman

Established (since 1996) residential construction company looking for an individual with extensive and various residential construction experience. This person will be capable of identifying problems, finding solutions, and the ability to personally fix the problems correctly and efficiently. This position requires minimum 10 years experience in rough framing, siding, roofing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, finish carpentry and general residential construction knowledge. 40% of time will be working on 2-3 man crew completing small projects and 60% of time spent resolving punch list items, identifying and correcting problems. Must be able to work unsupervised efficiently and with great attention to detail. Applicants need to be a self starter, organized and able to communicate with clients in a professional manner. Must own tools, reliable transportation, and a positive attitude. Skills and competency will be tested. This is a great position for a proven craftsman that enjoys finishing the details in an autonomous environment.

Must have and be proficient with - various tools and possess tools to handle most punchlist tasks
