About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Project Engineer to lead and support large-scale capital projects from concept to completion. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across multiple disciplines-civil, electrical, and mechanical-and thrives in a hands-on, collaborative setting.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage capital projects, including budgeting, cost tracking, equipment procurement, and contractor coordination.
• Oversee project execution during unit outages, ensuring quality installations and timely completion.
• Support plant operations by providing technical expertise and helping improve system performance.
• Conduct root cause analyses for equipment failures and recommend long-term maintenance strategies.
• Use business tools to manage budgets, write work orders, order materials, and develop project schedules.

What We're Looking For

• Education: B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.

• Experience:0-5 years preferred, especially with managing multi-discipline projects.

• Skills:

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Physical Requirements: Must be able to work in an industrial plant environment.

• Availability: Willingness to work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
