Sign Builder/Installer

We are a full-service sign fabrication company specializing in custom signage for commercial and industrial clients. Our work includes monument signs, channel letters, pylon signs, electronic message centers, and LED retrofits.

Job Summary:
Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about building high-quality signage? Banks Wraps & Signs is looking for a skilled Illuminated Sign Builder & Installer to join our growing team.

What Youll Do:
Fabricate sign cabinets and channel letter signs

Install illuminated signs including wall-mounted and pylon structures, channel letters, monument signs, pylon signs, vinyl, etc.)

Safely operate bucket trucks, cranes, lifts, and power tools

Lead and direct install crew on job sites

Communicate with clients, GCs, and internal team as needed

Complete install job reports with photos and documentation

Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

Operate hand tools, lifts, and electrical equipment safely and effectively

Read and follow shop drawings, blueprints, and permit guidelines

Wire LED modules, transformers, and perform basic electrical tasks (under supervision or as licensed)

Ensure jobs are completed on time, accurately, and safely

What Were Looking For:
2+ years of signage fabrication or installation experience preferred

Comfortable working with power tools, ladders, and boom lifts

Knowledge of UL standards and electrical safety is a plus

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights and work outdoors in variable weather

Valid drivers license

OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred

Strong problem-solving skills and professionalism

Welding, electrical, or crane experience is a plus
