Now Hiring Heavy Equipment Operators

NCW is now hiring heavy equipment operators for a full time opportunity located in Springfield, NE. As a skilled and experienced Laydown Yard Operator, you will be responsible for operating a Class 7 heavy-duty outdoor forklifts and telehandlers to unload poles and heavy materials for high voltage lines from flatbed trucks and storing the inventory away in the yard. This role requires prior Class 7 heavy-duty outdoor forklift and Telehandler forklift operating experience, a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work in various weather conditions. The schedule is Monday - Friday 7am-4pm. Pay starts out at $25/hr.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience operating Class 7 heavy-duty forklifts and telehandlers. Certification a plus.

Steel toed boots

First Aid certification preferred.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Physical stamina to handle physically demanding tasks.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
