Mower Operator

Established commercial company is in search of quality candidates to join our team as a Mower Operator, or Mow Crew Leader.
Work setting may include utility sites, railroad right-of-way, and communication towers.

Mower operators will run mostly Zero Turn type mowers. If you have experience with skid steers and mid-sized tractors with brush decks that is also helpful.

We will train those with a willingness to learn.

Good communication and organizational skills are expected as well as the ability to follow directions, work independently and with others in a safe and responsible manner.

Requirements:
* Valid DL with acceptable record is required for driving positions such as Crew Leader
* Take pride in work
* Strong work ethic
* Knowledge of mowing equipment operation
* Desire to learn, follow directions and provide guidance to others
* Complete paperwork timely and accurately
* Ability to work safely is a must, no exceptions
* You must be able to operate specialized equipment upon completion of training

If you have leadership skills, there is opportunity for advancement to Crew Lead/Foreman.

The job does involve travel outside of Oklahoma. Lodging is paid by company. Time out on the road depends on which projects you are working on. You must be able to travel.
