Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC/R systems and hotside kitchen equipment, while upholding EPA regulations and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair HVACR systems including air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation units.

Install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen hot side equipment such as fryers, ovens, griddles, grills, and food warming equipment.

Follow EPA regulations for the conservation, recovery, and recycling of refrigerants; ensure proper handling and disposal of fluids and pressurized gases.

Install electrical, plumbing, and refrigerant components in a wide variety of commercial equipment.

Clean and inspect systems as part of preventative maintenance to enhance equipment performance and reduce failure risk.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of work performed using digital platforms.

Diagnose and repair or replace worn or defective parts; conduct operational testing to confirm functionality.

Recommend maintenance procedures or system upgrades to improve overall efficiency and performance.

Professionally communicate with customers to explain system issues, repair options, and preventative measures.

Qualifications:
Experience in commercial HVAC/R service and repair and/or completed job related education

EPA Certification required or the ability to obtain upon employment

Strong understanding of refrigeration cycle and electrical/plumbing fundamentals.

Experience with commercial kitchen equipment is a plus.

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency with digital record-keeping platforms and mobile service software.

Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
