Production Operator

Essential functions

• Work in a team environment and must promote a positive attitude of cooperation, fairness and respect.
• Must be capable of learning to read blueprints, micrometer, calipers and various other measuring devices & literature necessary to perform job.
• Must be capable of learning to operate various tools and machines to complete the job.
• Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure, storm water pollution prevention and Hazardous waste material disposal.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent is preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime including Saturdays as needed.
• Must be able to lift-up to 30 lbs and both stand and /or sit for long periods of time.
• Must be capable of learning to set-up and operate assigned equipment / machines.
• Must be able to maintain production efficiency standards.
• Must be able to maintain production quality standards.
• Maintain good attendance
• Work safely to prevent injury to self and others.
• Must be able to perform all the essential functions of the job with reasonable accommodation as specified by the ADA.
