East Baltimore residential rental company needs a jack of all trades to handle property repairs including drywall, painting, minor plumbing and electric, carpentry and clean outs. We are seeking an experienced professional handyman or small contractor to become our go-to contact for ongoing property repairs, rental turnovers, and general maintenance work. Experience working in Baltimore rowhomes is a must. We seek a reliable and communicative professional who can provide their own transportation and tools. Must be comfortable with on-call/as needed work.
