Experienced Foreman/Lead carpenter

All Mountain Contracting Inc. is a growing business well established in the Sea to Sky corridor. We seek to hire an experienced Foreman/Lead Carpenter for forming and framing. We work on various projects between multiple crews, forming and framing, and a separate residential and commercial renovation crew.

As a Foreman/Lead Hand, you will oversee the different stages of our construction projects, ensuring that all work is performed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and manage the process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities the crew and subs.
Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
Ensure all work complies with building codes and safety regulations.
Manage materials and equipment required for construction projects.
Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in framing and construction, with at 10-15 years in a supervisory role.
Minimum of 15+ years of experience overall
Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

You must be willing to learn, honest, reliable, and HARD WORKING. The position requires steel-toe boots, a tool belt, and suitable rain gear to work outside. Basic tools and basic PPE are also needed.
