Electrical Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Industrial maintenance technician with a high understanding of electrical components. Seeking extensive experience with both electrical and hands-on mechanical practice in industrial environments. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot and maintain complex control systems, machinery including conveyors or overhead-cranes, and electrical infrastructure.

salary: $58,000 - $72,800 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Repair, install, replace, and test electrical circuits, equipment, and motors using appropriate tools and testing instruments
• Troubleshoot and repairs electric controls, motor control centers, and programmable logic controls.
• Examine work orders and converse with equipment operators to detect equipment problems.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks such as checking, cleaning, or repairing equipment to detect and prevent problems.
• Maintain equipment logs that record performance problems, repairs, calibrations, or tests.
• Calibrate testing instruments and installed or repaired equipment to prescribed specifications.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs
