How You Will Get Paid:
Starting pay will be $180 per day or $90 for a half day. You will be paid after each job is completed. If it takes 3 days to complete a job you will be paid $540. So you get paid by the job. The jobs must be completed onetime though and will be bid with the expectation of you finishing on time. A check will be written immediately after a walk through is completed and the job is up to my standard. Keep in mind there is room to grow where you can make up to $250 to $400 per day when things are going very smooth and the jobs are being completed flawlessly. Also to get a raise like that I expect my subs to pay for the material upfront then get reimbursed plus labor payment at the end of the job. Unless it is a huge job I will purchase the material for you.
Trial Job:
Before I hire you as a subcontractor full time you will need to pass a trial job so I can evaluate your skillset. I will give you a small to medium job to complete and you will be paid $15 per hour. If the job is completed not up to standard then you will not be hired on as sub. If it goes well I would love to put you on and put some money in your pockets. We will start you at 180 per day after the trial job with a lot of room to grow.
Final Note:
I am looking forward to working with you and I want to grow the business so we both benefit more. I just want to add that I only give 1 chance to my subs. If you take care of my jobs I will take care of you but if you are late, dont show up, complete the work to slow, or try to cut me out of my own jobs with my clients, I will be forced to let you go.
Thank you for taking the time to read all this. Give me a call if you think you are a good fit.
