Construction Laborer - Paving Job Description We are seeking skilled paving laborers with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience. This role involves meeting at the office in Gorham and traveling to various job sites, focusing on paving for commercial properties and non-highway roadways. Responsibilities Participate in non-highway road construction projects. Work on commercial parking lots and sidewalks. Utilize strong mechanical abilities to assist in paving activities. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting up to 70 pounds. Commit to working up to 10 hours per day during peak season. Essential Skills 1-2 years of experience in roadway construction. General labor skills in construction. Strong mechanical ability. Ability to lift up to 70 pounds. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in commercial paving is highly preferred. Willingness to learn and grow within the company. Experience with commercial sidewalks and paving. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gorham, Maine. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
