As a Garage Flooring Installer, you'll join a skilled, two-person crew to install garage solutions with precision, pride, and purpose. From day one, you'll receive hands-on training, safety gear, and the tools you need to build a lasting career. Top performers have the opportunity to move into leadership and take control of their earnings, no caps, no limits.

What You'll Do:

• Work as part of a tight-knit crew to install polyaspartic flooring, cabinetry, and other garage upgrades.

• Follow proven systems to deliver consistent, high-quality results with professionalism and efficiency.

• Learn how to lead projects, manage materials, and deliver a "WOW" customer experience every time.

• Take pride in your craft while building skills that fast-track your growth in the trades.

• Operate safely and confidently-we provide all PPE and training to keep you protected.

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable, motivated individuals who show up ready to work and do things the right way.

• A strong sense of ownership and pride in completing jobs with accuracy and care.

• A valid driver's license and ability to pass background and driving checks.

• Willingness to obtain a DOT med card and travel up to 10% of the time.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
