Position Overview:

This is an exciting and dynamic leadership position where you'll be responsible for leading a team of canvassers, motivating them to hit targets, and generating quality appointments for our sales representatives. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Hire, onboard, train, and mentor a high-performing canvassing team.
  • Conduct daily training sessions, team huddles, and performance reviews to inspire and engage the team.
  • Develop your team to not only meet but exceed company goals.

Lead by Example in the Field:

  • Roll up your sleeves and canvass local neighborhoods alongside your team.
  • Interface directly with homeowners, set appointments, and generate qualified leads.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and persuasive communication to build trust and close deals.

Performance & Accountability:

  • Ensure your team hits prospecting benchmarks, including visits, conversions, and lead quality.
  • Monitor CRM and lead tracking systems to ensure accurate reporting and follow-ups.
  • Hold team members accountable while supporting their growth and development.

Implement Best Practices:

  • Collaborate with company leadership to refine and implement best practices for canvassing.
  • Regularly review and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement in lead generation efforts.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales, canvassing, or business development, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience managing or leading a team is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Confidence in public speaking and engaging with decision-makers.
  • Persuasive and personable; capable of educating homeowners and building trust.

Schedule:

  • Full-time: Monday to Friday, (daylight savings) will require to be in the field until dusk
  • Saturdays may be required (depending on weather or seasonal adjustments).
