They provideguidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to ensure reliability,scalability, and security. This role requires proficiency in currentindustry hardware standards and innovation.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**- Designing and implementing advanced infrastructure solutions, including network architecture, server setups, storage systems, and virtualization technologies.- Offering technical direction and support to cross-functional teams, mentoring junior engineers, and encouraging collaboration.- Facilitate collaborative sessions with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and convert them into scalable and efficient infrastructure solutions.- Conduct sessions with cross-functional teams to discuss performance analysis, capacity planning, and optimization of infrastructure systems, ensuring high availability.- Implementing and sustaining security protocols to safeguard infrastructure systems from potential threats and vulnerabilities.- Optimize and manage AWS or Azure cloud services for cost-effectiveness and scalability.- Using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet to automate infrastructure deployment, configuration, and monitoring.- Lead DevOps collaboration to integrate infrastructure-as-code for seamless deployment and continuous integration.- Keeping abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in infrastructure management, while proposing enhancements to improve system performance.- Perform additional duties related to our organization\'s vision, mission, and values within your scope of practice.**Qualifications:**Education: Bachelor\'s Degree or relevant experience.
