Project Manager or Estimator Our client, a General Contractor and Design-Builder headquartered in Dayton, Ohio, has been building many of the region's most high-profile projects .They are growing and currently seeking a Project Manager or Estimator for commercial building construction projects. The selected individual will manage projects of varying size and complexity and also assist the estimating team with hard-bid and design-build estimates. Qualifications: B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and/or estimating for commercial building construction projects. Experience with design-build projects is preferred. P.E. and LEED certifications are a plus. Ability to create and maintain project schedules; familiarity with Primavera P6 is preferred. Experience working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues. Solid understanding of construction-related mathematical concepts and spreadsheet preparation. Proficiency in multitasking, problem-solving, leadership, and organization. Strong work ethic and motivation.
