You're looking for a long-term leadership role with growth potential. Key Responsibilities: Manage schedules, subcontractors, and daily progress across multiple job sites. Conduct daily walkthroughs and ensure work matches design specifications. Oversee installation of pools, drainage, utilities, finishes, and features. Hold trades accountable for quality and deadlines; address performance issues directly. Maintain photo logs, material tracking, and daily reporting. Coordinate with the owner to resolve issues and align priorities. Lead site meetings and communicate clearly with clients as needed. Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and on track. Deliver projects on time, on budget, and with consistent client communication. Qualifications: 5+ years of construction management experience; 3+ years in pools or outdoor living. Experience managing multiple projects across trades and timelines. Skilled in reading architectural/engineering plans and plumbing schematics. Strong knowledge of concrete, tile, masonry, finish work, and sequencing. Experience with custom features like water/fire elements and drainage systems. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
