Full Job Description Overview Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting construction projects by managing documentation, coordinating between various stakeholders, and ensuring that all processes align with project goals. This position requires strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of construction management principles. Duties Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence. Coordinate communication between project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain project files, submittals, RFIs, permits, and compliance documentation Oversee general office operations and administrative support Handle correspondence, phone calls, and document control Maintain project files, submittals, RFIs, permits, and compliance documentation Assist project managers with scheduling, reporting, and budget tracking Assist in the preparation of construction estimates and budgets. Conduct quality inspections and oversee quality control measures on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications. Monitor project timelines and deliverables, providing updates to stakeholders as necessary. Facilitate site visits and inspections to assess progress and address any issues that arise during construction. Manage subcontractor onboarding, contracts, and insurance certificates Support project management activities by tracking milestones and reporting on project status. Qualifications B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field position At least 2-5 years of progressive construction related experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and construction software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) Excellent communication and multitasking skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of construction terminology and documentation is a plusnt.
