Full Job Description Company Overview We are a growing construction company, is seeking for a experienced Project Superintendent to support our team on upcoming projects. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in roofing systems, field coordination, and subcontractor management. The ideal candidate is proactive, safety-conscious, and capable of overseeing day-to-day site operations while ensuring high-quality results. Summary We are seeking for an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure the successful completion of the projects. The ideal candidates will bring leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality and safety to every job site. Responsibilities Oversee and direct the crews and subcontractors to ensure project scope, safety, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with project managers and clients to meet deadlines and resolve issues. Conduct job site inspections and ensure adherence to company and industry standards. Maintain accurate daily logs and project documentation. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards. Requirement Has minimum 7 years of experience in Construction/Roofing Has minimum 5 years of experience in Roofing Management Completion of the IIBEC Roof Top Quality Control Course within the past 3 years. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors on roofing projects.
